Benediction
Beloved God,
I invite you to be my companion,
to be with me in joy and pain
to teach me to see what is real
and to reject what is not real
I ask you to fill my heart
so I will know that I am never alone
and so that I may see that part of me
that is you, and make that grow in my awareness
until I am able to see the part that is you
in all I encounter as I walk through life
