Spirit Greetings
One of the main features of Spiritualism is Spirit Greetings, often called Messages or Divine Messages.
Spiritualism is the Religion, Science, and Philosophy of Continuous Life. There is a law in Science which says that matter and energy can not be created or destroyed. It can be transformed from one state to another. This principle follows through with our consciousness. Our consciousness is part of Infinite Intelligence, and as such can not be destroyed. It can change forms, from the physical to the nonphysical state, sometimes called The Garden or the Summerland.
Many religions are based upon the belief of life after death. How is Spiritualism different? Because we believe in Mediumship, we believe that death does not stop communication between the physical and the spirit worlds.
The nature of the internet is that we are not tied to timespace. Neither is Spirit. We won't gather at 7 pm Eastern Daylight time on Sunday to attend service and give (and receive) messages. So how do we demonstrate this form of Mediumship?
I am open to suggestions. My best idea is email. For now, send me an email, and one of our workers will send you a message from the Spirit. Each of our mediums is someone I have known for some time, and have had messages from or readings from them. Some have learned how to give messages by taking classes. Others have communicated with the Spirit since childhood. In my own case, Spirit has worked with me through writing since my twenties.
I started giving messages regularly from the platform after Rev. Betty Davis told me I was a message bearer. I had to "Step out on the arms of faith" in her before I could "step out on the arms of faith" in spirit.
